Grant Collins began his journey in the cocktail Industry in the US, consulting and adding his personal touches to menus at some of the top establishments in the country. Originally from UK, Grant has over 15 years of experience and is regularly named among the ‘World’s Greatest Bartenders’. He is also one of the most sought-after guest speakers and lectures at Industry events and expos at various countries.
In 2014, he released his first Cocktail book called ‘Mix it up’. He has consulted and created bespoke cocktail menus to the world’s best bars in USA, Bali, China, etc… In 2015, he opened ‘The Powder Keg Restaurant and Bar’ in Potts point in Australia to great acclaim. He has also won various awards such as Australian Bar Manager of the Year in 2002 and 2003 along with Australian Liquor Industries ‘Best New Bar’ and ‘Cocktail Bar of the Year’.
