Big Win for Maldives at World Travel Awards

The #Maldives has been recognized as the #Indian #Ocean’s Leading #Beach #Destination. This recognition was conferred on the Maldives last night, during the World Travel Awards Africa & Indian Ocean Gala Ceremony 2015. Big win for Maldives was achieved in other categories as well.

The award gala was attended by 150 travel industry leaders from 20 different countries. The Indian Ocean’s Leading Beach Destination award was received on behalf of the Maldives by Abdulla Ziyath, the Managing Director of Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC).
